MD/CEO
Musa Abiodun Raheem is the pioneer MD/CEO of Hayat Trust Non-Interest Bank Ltd. He was a key member of the team that led the process leading to approval and granting of license to Hayat Trust Non-interest Microfinance Bank Ltd, first of its kind in southern Nigeria. He was instrumental to developing the Bank’s overall strategic plan and comprehensive framework that guides the Bank’s operations and overall goals and objectives.
Mr. Raheem has over 10 years cognate experience in microfinancing and risk management. He was the MD/CEO of Al-Hayat Microfinance Bank and performed excellently towards transferring the Bank to the new investors and successful settlement of all stakeholders of the Bank.
He holds HND in Accounting and BSc in Economies from the Polytechnic Ibadan and University of Ibadan respectively. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and Certified Microfinance Banker of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is also a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) and Certified Shariah Auditor and Adviser (CSAA) of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI).
He has attended several local and international trainings, seminars and workshops.
HEAD, OF OPERATION
Quadri Fausat Teniola is a professional Banker. She holds Higher National Diploma in banking and Finance from The Polytechnic Ibadan Oyo State in (2008). Some of the certificate she holds include Nigeria institute of management (NIM), She is also Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria (Microfinance Certification Programmed) MCIB in 2018.
She has over 12yeras experience in banking, she joined the bank as Customer Relations Officer, and she rose to the level of Head of Operation in 2015.
Quadri Fausat Teniola she also worked as Head of Credit and Marketing in 2018 where she later Redeployed to Head of Operation in 2020 before she was appointed as the Acting Managing Director/CEO on the 25th September 2023.before recent appointment as the head of operation Hayat Trust Non Interest microfinance bank limited 2023.She has attended several training, seminars and workshops with a satisfied Certificates.
HEAD, OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
Mr. Aliu Ganiu Olayinka is the Head of Business Development at Hayat Trust Non-Interest Microfinance Bank Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labour Relations/Personnel Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University, which he obtained in 2006. He began his banking career in 2009 as a Credit Officer at Star Microfinance Bank. In 2017, he joined Al-Hayat Microfinance Bank Limited. With over a decade of experience in the microfinance banking sector, he has developed strong skills in credit management and recovery. He has attended various courses and seminars, including Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Delinquency and Recovery Management Training, and a sensitization/self-assessment workshop on Quality Lending in Microfinance Banking.
In addition, he is a Certified Microfinance Banker through the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (Microfinance Certification Programme), holding the title of MCIB since 2019.
Throughout his career, Mr. Olayinka has held various leadership roles within the department. He served as the Acting Head of Credit and Marketing from May 2022 until his resignation in 2023, coinciding with the bank’s transition to a full-fledged Non-Interest Microfinance Bank. He was later appointed as the Head of Business Development at Hayat Trust Non-Interest Microfinance Bank Ltd.
HEAD, OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION.
SANNI AYISAT OLUWAKEMI is the Head, Finance & Administration of Hayat Trust Non-Interest Microfinance Bank Ltd. Ayisat is a seasoned professional with over 15 years cognate experience in Banking. She oversees financial planning and analysis, treasury management, budgeting and financial reporting.
Sanni Ayisat Oluwakemi has served in various capacities in Al-Hayat Microfinance Bank Limited before she assumed the role of Head Finance & Administration of the Bank. She also has stint Banking experience in AfriBank and Wema Bank.
She holds B.Sc. in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Nigeria. She is also a Certified Microfinance Banker of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB) & Royal Science of Art (RSA) Institution Incorporated.
She has attended several levels of leadership programs, workshops, and trainings.
HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT, SHARI”AH COMPLIANCE
AND CONTROL.
Mr. Lawal Ridwan Akindele holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from Tai-Solarin University of Education (2014) also holds a professional certificate in Islamic Banking and Finance from the International Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance (IIIBF) BUK, 2019. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria 2019 and also an Associate Member of the prestigious Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) 2012.
He is a seasoned professional banker and an administrator with almost a decade practice in the Microfinance Sector. He had served in various positions with cognate expertise in Marketing, Strategic and Financial Management, Risk Management, Credit and Debt Recovery with tremendous achievements over the years. He has attended several trainings, workshops and seminars organized by both domestic and international bodies. He was the Acting Head Internal Audit, Control and Compliance Department of Al-Hayat Microfinance Bank Limited, Internal Audit and Compliance officer of Hayat Trust Non-Interest Microfinance Bank Limited before his recent appointment as the Head Internal Audit, Shari’ah Compliance and Control Department of Hayat Trust Non-Interest Microfinance Bank Limited.
